About Me

Enterprise Learning & Talent Strategy Leader

I’m an enterprise Learning and Development executive, workforce capability advisor, and author with more than two decades of experience building corporate universities, learning strategies, leadership development programs, and capability systems for complex, regulated, and mission-driven organizations.

I’ve partnered with CEOs, CHROs, and operational leaders to lead large-scale learning and workforce transformation initiatives across healthcare, education, and financial services. My work focuses on strengthening performance, reducing risk, improving execution, and preparing organizations for the future of work.

My background includes a degree in Law from Carleton University, a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Human Resources and Learning, and advanced certifications in project management, instructional design, and process improvement, including PMP, CTDP, and CSSBB.

I’ve authored several books and speak regularly on workforce readiness, leadership capability, AI readiness, and learning strategy. My focus is simple: helping executive teams move beyond training activity toward measurable workforce capability and business performance.
