About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Ravinder Tulsiani, an enterprise Learning and Development (L&D) executive with more than 25 years of experience building corporate universities, workforce capability systems, and leadership development strategies in complex, regulated, and mission-driven environments.

I specialize in designing learning ecosystems that align directly with business and talent strategy — leveraging AI, adaptive learning, and immersive modalities such as VR to drive performance, readiness, and operational efficiency.

My career began with a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University and has been grounded in both practice and research. I hold certifications in project management, instructional design, and process improvement (PMP, CTDP, CSSBB) and completed a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Human Resources and Learning.

As an author of several books on leadership, learning strategy, and adaptive learning, I focus on helping organizations and leaders make sense of the future of work and learning. I am always open to conversations with executives and teams who want learning to deliver real business results.
